Check-in from 4:00 PM with self check-in via smart lock. Check-out by 10:00 AM. 24-hour check-in supported.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 15 guests across 5 bedrooms plus a bonus room — 4 king beds and a bunk room with four twin beds. The primary renter must be at least 21 and present throughout the stay.
Are pets allowed?
Up to 2 dogs (40 lbs or less each) are welcome with a $75 fee per pet. Pets must stay off furniture, be crated when left alone, and please clean up after them in the yard.
Can we use the docks?
The private docks behind the home are not for guest use, but you have direct access to the public shoreline just steps away, and a public boat launch is a few houses down. Beach towels are provided in the laundry area for lake days.
Parking
Parking for up to 6 vehicles — 3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway (county rules). Boat trailer parking is available at the property. Please park only in specified areas.
Smoking & parties
The home is entirely smoke-free (no smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises; $300 fine). Parties and events are not allowed, and quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
Is the whole house ours?
You'll have private access to the top two stories, garage, upper deck, and grill. The lower-level apartment has its own private entrance and may be occupied separately — there's no shared interior space.
What's provided?
Starter consumables (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee), linens, towels, and beach towels for the lake. A crib is available in King Suite 1. An exterior doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for security.
